Refund policy

Please note the return conditions listed below ONLY apply to merchandise purchased from Malika-Rajani website. If the merchandise was purchased from a third party please contact them directly regarding a possible return or exchange.

RETURNS

If you purchased the merchandise directly from Malika-Rajani website, all exchanges and returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment (no exclusions).

ALL sale items are a final sale.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Malika Rajani reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return please email Malika Rajani at Info@malikarajani.com and obtain a Return Authorization Form. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in the original shipping box along with the Return Authorization Form. Returns can not be processed without a Return Authorization Form. Be sure to address your return shipping box as follows and email the tracking number to Info@malikarajani.com

Please note that we will refuse any shipment which arrives postage due. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs incurred when returning merchandise and these will be deducted from the reimbursement if necessary.
